The Company 
Our client is a 'not for profit' organisation providing high-quality and affordable housing. Their vision is to provide affordable housing to Australians who need it the most, in an independent housing environment.
  
The role
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the new Retirement Living Standards are implemented correctly. The role requires someone with previous experience in quality assurance and implementing new policies and procedures, however retirement living village experience is not required. 
  
Duties & Responsibilities
As the Quality Assurance Coordinator, your duties will consist of, but not be limited to:
  • Collecting, storing and collating critical information
  • Monitoring residents feedback from surveys, questionnaires, suggestions and complaints
  • Following the new Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme standards are implemented
  • Ensuring that each new standard is implemented correctly and then met
Skills & Experience 
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Quality Assurance role where they have implemented new processes and procedures. You must have good communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals in order to enhance their quality of life.
