About the Company
Our international client provide a range of services in the financial and property sectors. They have a vast array of land and built form residential property and projects now available for sale and are seeking a Residential Sales Agent to join the team.

The Residential Sales Agent will responsible for representing the company and introducing the residential projects to prospective clients to achieve sales and profit targets. 
  
About the Role
This role will be responsible for the following:
  • Maintaining information on land availability and pricing
  • Achieving sales targets in accordance with project objectives
  • Understanding your land project offering e.g. construction completion dates, lot sizes + price ranges
  • Developing relationships with key industry stakeholders including current and potential customers, land developers and Real Estate Agents
  • Providing competitor land estate price reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3 years residential sales experience
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using a CRM system
