With a strong national footprint, they are a leading supplier of products to the infrastructure, construction, fire, civil, mining, HVAC, Hydrant and other speciality industries.

This company has built on their early success through investment in product development and distribution lines, best practice manufacturing process and acquisition.
The Role
Directly managing a small finance team, this opportunity requires an experienced finance professional (CPA/CA) to oversee day to day finance activities together with general oversight and liaison of outsourced IT, HR, procurement and additional support functions.  

Not only will you be responsible for finance, you will also be able to demonstrate your knowledge and impact on operational and commercial activities through liaison with division/branch heads. As a member of the senior leadership team your wide-ranging skills will be put to use across business operations.

This business has a highly acquisitive growth strategy and as such you will be able to develop appropriate capital structures, initiate and complete due diligence projects and play a key role in M&A activity.
Skills & Experience

You will be able to demonstrate the following
  • Demonstrate experience in a high-volume and transactional Manufacturing / Industrial environment
  • Have led a finance team / Head of Finance experience
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Budgeting / forecasting, job costing, cash flow & FOREX exposure
  • Showcase involvement in investment appraisal projects
  • Development and implementation of financial systems and controls
  • Worked closely with Branch Managers and understand their needs
  • Awareness of capital structures
  • Liquidity management and cashflow budgeting /forecasting
  • Strong package and performance-based bonus potential
