The Company:
Our client, a successful commercial real estate agency in Western Sydney, is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team. This role will suit a highly organised and switched-on individual interested in supporting a successful team.

Open to junior candidates, new grads, and those with a couple years of experience.

The Role:
The Administration Assistant will assist the Sales & Leasing team with all aspects of admin required.

Duties include:
  • Data Entry & Filing: entering all listing information into the system, maintaining hard copies of all documents, preparing written agreements & documents for agents, writing minutes & reports
  • Marketing: Updating listings on website, organising for signboards & photos, researching market/ other listings for agents
  • Reception Relief: answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting clients in-person, keeping work area organised & clean, helping team as needed 
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role you have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail & organisation
  • Degree in related discipline ideal but not required
Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate License is not required.
