Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to:
●     Develop, plan and implement a quality educational program that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework.
●     Monitor and document children's progress & individual children's portfolios.
●     Mentor and guide less experience staff within the centre.
●     Develop open communication channels with staff, children and families of the centre.
●     Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supports colleagues, sharing ideas and information, & working as a good team player.
●     Comply with the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations. 
●     Assisting children with their daily routines & support them in their learning.
●     Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
●     A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
●     A current First Aid Certificate.
●     A sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
●     Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0-6 years of age.
●     The ability to develop effective & positive working relationships with children, families and staff.
●     Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
