The Role
As Facilities Manager, you will share responsibility for the management of this sub-regional shopping centre.  You will cover the traditional facilities, compliance and WHS issues and enjoy the fast pace of retail environments. Directing and managing external maintenance and service trades to deliver excellence.
Part of the management team you are joining will have shared responsibility for another centre so you will enjoy additional responsibility and coverage where necessary. Effectively you will be the day-2-day 2IC.

The Facilities Manager
To be successful in the role you will have demonstrated experience in a Facilities Management role, managing a NON Residential asset(s). Training regarding the specifics of a retail centre will be provided if necessary. You will, however, have the following as core capabilities and experiences:
  • Hard & Soft FM contractor management and procurement experience.
  • Good financial management and MS Office Suite skills.
  • Positive outlook and stakeholder engagement skills.
This FM opportunity is available due to an internal promotion. You will be rewarded with a salary of $110K package + performance bonus and a challenging and refreshing role.
