The Company
Our client is an emerging consultancy based in Sydneys CBD, providing project management and Development advisory services to the commercial, residential, retail and industrial sectors. You would work within a small team of down-to-earth, collaborative people, who have an impressive track record and strong profiles in the Sydney market.
Current projects range from large multi-million dollar fit-out for a large commercial institutions to new build master-planned communities $300 million+.
Both owners have built the company on long-standing and deep relationships in the industry. This means you will be dealing with a select group of clients.

The Role
You will have the opportunity to work autonomously and be introduced to their A-List clients from day 1. This role will allow you to initially work on smaller individual projects whilst gaining exposure alongside the Directors to larger projects. The client provides full DM/PM services from client brief/concept to project completion and you will pick up skills in all areas as you grow in the role.

The group is seeking to appoint a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to manage various projects coordinating all phases of planning, design and tendering, construction and post construction. 

This is a small, growing, team where everybody rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Someone who is self-sufficient but asks for help when needed would be highly regarded.

 The Individual

You will have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Project Management and be a very personable, presentable and confident individual who can hold their own in client meetings.

  • 5+ years Industry experience required
  • Hard working and committed
  • Responsible and accountable
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Architecture or Engineering are essential.
  • Happy to work autonomously with little direction
