Facilities Manager: 
Situated on-site within the dedicated management team, you will be responsible for 
  • Hard and Soft Facilities services,
  • Ensuring building compliance and efficiency,
  • Sustainability initiatives 
With an emphasis on tenant satisfaction and sustainability, you will focus on delivering best in class service and maintaining optimum building performance.

If you have a passion for facilities management, ensuring optimum building performance and delivering the highest quality customer service to high profile tenants then read further.

You will have a demonstrated highly developed Hard Services knowledge and ideally a technical building services background with solid experience in a similar grade Base Building, Facilities Manager role. Your excellent communication capabilities will enable you to deliver difficult messages to influential stakeholders succinctly in terms non-technical people will understand. You are the new breed of FM, IT savvy, customer focussed and proactive in approach to compliance, sustainability and FM overall.
