Facilities Manager Duties

This is a traditional portfolio FM role where you will be managing circa 250 tenancies, their Planned and Reactive Maintenance, as well as CAPEX upgrades. You will
  • liaise closely with the clients, ensuring their work environments are safe, compliant and comfortable.
  • oversee work orders created by the Helpdesk, ensuring contractors are compliant and executing the works on time to scope.
  • manage priority jobs and on-time reporting
What makes you suitable?

Interpersonal skills are paramount for this engagement and facilitation position. Additionally, you will have
  • direct experience working as a Portfolio Facilities Manager, with 50+ commercial or retail site exposure.
  • demonstrated understanding of the use of CRM/IT platforms such as Maximo, Pinnacle, JD Edwards or Archibus, and
  • an articulate and intelligent approach to customer service. Our client is looking for long term employees who want to make a career in FM.
Training and mentorship will be provided by your experienced and engaging manager. You will provide the portfolio experience and team attitude.
