Great opportunity for an experienced residential communities focused Sales & Marketing Senior Coordinator.

Join a rapidly expanding development group, working under a S&M Director and great mentor and helping to lead the strategy and process for large scale projects.

The Role: 

Working closely with a highly experienced and forward-thinking Director, you will be across the coordination of the marketing process for major community-led projects. Leading and coordinating external consultant groups to drive market-leading marketing initiatives and branding for multi-staged development projects.

Whilst the role will not be selling directly, it will have cross over into the sales process, helping Sales Agents to achieve their targets and analysing the process and sales data for improvement. 
  • Creative and forward thinking marketing initiatives 
  • Pricing stage releases and monitoring competitor’s sales and marketing 
  • Creating sales strategies for the appointed selling agents and co-agents for off the plan sales.
  • Setting and ensuring delivery of sales project marketing milestones for off the plan sales 
The Candidate: 

The right candidate will come from a background within the real estate and developer market, having working in a similar Sales & Marketing led role previously. 

You will have experience of setting up and driving marketing initiatives, understanding the key driver's for this sector and what would attract potential buyers. A background of employment either directly within a developer or on the agency side is needed and the ability to work autonomously and handle a workflow is ideal. 

You will have proven experience of setting and leading sales & marketing initiatives for residential led projects.
