This is a new opportunity for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to work within one of Australia’s leading residential property developers. The role is State Sales Manager for VIC and has the responsibility of mentoring a high performing sales team to meet house and land sales targets.  
The Sales Manager will perform the following responsibilities:
  • Work with management to set and review sales targets and budgets
  • Set sales plans and strategies
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Coach and train the sales team to achieve sales on their individual sales
  • Motivate sales teams to achieve targets
  • Manage high level relationships with local and volume builder partners, possessing strong product knowledge
  • Work closely with marketing to achieve sales campaigns
  • Coordinating new project displays
 The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years in sales management (residential-land) for a developer, builder or land agency (or combined) and a full Victorian Real Estate Licence.

You will have demonstrated experience in managing and coaching sales teams with high value products or services and having proven achievements in delivering to budgets and targets.
