Your Employer
Our client is one of Australia's most successful diversified owner-developers. They have a recently created opportunity within their Industrial asset division in Melbourne. They are renown for developing careers and opportunities for staff.

The Role
The Facilities Manager / Operations Manager will be responsible for a group of industrial assets, ensuring they are maintained, compliant and fit for purpose for their tenants. You will be assisted by an Operations Coordinator and be the escalation point for:
  • regular site inspections, compliance and remediation identification
  • tenant liaison, managing & assessing contractor works
  • reporting & CMMS utilisations for utilities, essential services and compliance
Regular site visits will require you to have a vehicle whilst parking is provided. You will be exposed to new property developments and how Facilities and Operations can influence the development process.

We are looking for you to have experience in the Facilities Management industry; either Industrial or Commercial buildings. Expected, is experience and advanced capabilities in
  • dealing with tenants and trades,
  • reporting and advising on improvements,
  • IT including databases, Outlook and Office Suite.
You will be fully conversant with building services and all relevant compliance regulations.
