Investor Communications Executive


Listed Property Group is seeking a Investor relations/Sales Executive to raise capital for the retail property funds.

The Investor Communications Executive is responsible for supporting the Funds Management team in raising capital for the unlisted real estate funds. This role will suit someone who is keen to understand property and work within real estate funds management. Many of the aspects of this position are sales based so you must be confident in a sales environment and enjoy business development on the phone as well as in person.

Primary duties/responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain knowledge of the unlisted retail fund product suite
  • Deliver high quality, factual information to investor and adviser queries by phone and email
  • Provide superior service aligned with customers needs and the organisation's business objectives
  • Pro-actively target investor opportunities to help grow existing business including undertake outbound calling 
  • Provide support to external registry on administration enquiries and escalations
  • Support the direct business' CRM (Salesforce) including record all customer communications and outcomes and fulfill opportunity pipeline within agreed timeframe

The Candidate

Qualified to Tertiary level within a finance or related subject.
  • Ideally, 2 years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of the investment management industry
  • Working knowledge of the financial planning sales process is an advantage
