Acquisitions Manager


Listed developer requires front end development skills to assist in driving the greenfield development pipeline.

The company:
Highly regarded national multi-disciplinary development group with a solid track record delivering award winning projects of scale.  They are known for their training and development of staff, with excellent mentor-ship provided by industry leaders. 

The role:
Working within the Victorian team, reporting to the head of Acquisitions, based in Victoria, you will be a key asset in driving the pipeline in this active market.  Day to day duties involve but are not limited to:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with agents/valuers/developers etc to assist in driving the deal flow
  • Analyse opportunities, preparing feasabilities, cash flow models etc
  • Putting forward proposals with the team for Committee/Board approval. 
The individual:
To be considered for this role you must have experience in residential land subdivisions.  You may have worked as a front end development manager (or a DM with exposure to the front end feasibility process), you may currently be a valuer with residential greenfield valuation experience looking to take the next step in your career, or you may indeed be working for a well regarded consultancy, assisting with  transactions and with a sound understanding of feasabilities and land valuations. 

You will be numerically strong, confident with cash flow models, with an analytical mind, with strong verbal and written communication. Property related degree is essential.
