The Opportunity

Supporting the Head of Capital Transactions, you will be a key ingredient of the investments team, responsible for the performance of high quality and insightful transactional analysis, including Forbury/proprietary excel financial modelling of cashflows/valuations and development feasibilities for active and passive asset transactions in target sectors and markets; including acquisitions, disposals and redevelopment opportunities. Predominantly in the office and logistics sectors and from time to time within retail.

The Candidate

You will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in commercial property, have a strong understanding of property valuation principles either as a qualified valuer or as a property analyst. 

You will be self-motivated, hard-working, eager to develop your skills and experience in property transactions and have future aspirations to gain experience in investment management.
