  • $60K - $80K Base / North Sydney Location
Our client is a global Software business based in North Sydney.
The role
This position will support the Australia & New Zealand Regional Director, and the Australia based sales team with a broad range of administrative and office management duties.
  • Facilities Management
  • Vendor relations
  • Scheduling of meetings & travel arrangements
  • Ad hoc administration support to wider team
  • Ensuring the office area is presentable
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Some event planning
  • Processing expenses

Skills & experience
  • Be able to demonstrate solid experience in an office management, facilities management, or senior administration ass
  • Ability to prioritize & multi-task.
  • Must have MS Office experience
  • Excellent communication skills, oral & written
  • Detail oriented & be able to demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision
