My client is a private, specialised bank who focuses on a niche market.  They are seeking multiple client service superstars to join this high performing team who act as the first point of contact for all client inquiries.  

About the Role:
As a Client Service Consultant you will provide Service Excellence in a contact centre environment as first point of contact for clients across a specialised industry.
You will provide financial solutions that add value in a consistent manner, delivering outcomes that exceed customer expectations and ensuring KPIs are met, aligning with the business core values. 

The role responsibilities include:
  • Working closely with Relationship Managers to manage client need, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
  • Responding to client emails and secure messages with high quality service on all interactions
  • Processing real-time operational requests relating to transactions and account administration
  • Support the business in account opening responsibilities
  • Delivery of contract documentation upon client and consultant request
  • Liaising with the Risk and Compliance Team when required
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in projects where applicable
  • Participate in team meetings with a collaborative approach 
About you?
You will be passionate about developing a career within the Banking and Financial Services Industry.  Naturally, you will demonstrate exceptional client service capability with a strong desire to add value to both the client experience as well as internal projects and process improvements.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Driven and proactive attitude, with a passion for finance
  • Degree or a related tertiary qualification is required
  • Customer service and banking experience (desirable)
  • Contact Centre experience (desirable)
  • Strong computer and literacy skills
  • Strong Client focus
  • Good team player with a positive, can do attitude
  • Self-motivated, effective management of workload
  • Strong organisation skills and effective time management
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence and flexibility to take on any task
  • Ability to take on a proactive approach
  • Ability to communicate positively, with confidence
Please note: This is a full time role operating on a rotating roster between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
