Our Client:

This Market Leader within the FMCG industry are seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader to join their forward thinking organisation. 

The Opportunity: 

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of high achieving individuals responsible for processing orders and managing a high volume of inbound orders from B2B customers. 

Duties to include but are not limited to: 
  • Building a solid system of efficient processes and procedures
  • Generic line management duties - Train and develop the customer service team
  • Performance management 
  • Building Reports on the CRM system
  • Any additional responsibilities as you grow
  • Assisting the customer service team with order processing and inbound calls during busy times.
You will have the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum 2/3 year's experience as a Team Leader in customer service
  • A demonstrated track record in managing and leading teams
  • Ability to mentor, coach and develop individuals 
  • Exceptional "can do" attitude
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment
  • A practical and logical approach
