The Role
Reporting directly to the Financial Planner some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

The Role
Reporting directly to the Financial Planner some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- All administrative processing & workflow management
- Admin team coordination
- Direct point of contact for clients and fund managers
- Admin project management
- Assisting in preparation of advice documents
- Implementation of advice in line with compliance requirements
- Database maintenance
- Preparation for client meetings
- Improvement of systems & processes

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following;
- Ability to manage the day to day activities
- Have a proven, successful track record in the field of financial services administration
- A strong knowledge and experience with industry compliance standards
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable and confident enough to work independently
- Excellent organisational skills & workflow management capabilities
- The ability to multi-task and be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Be able to follow processes, learn from others and listen to their instructions
Required qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- RG146 is preferred
- Knowledge of Xplan and the IPS (IRESS Portfolio System) would be highly preferred
- Strong skills with all MS Office programs
- Degree qualified - related fields will be given preference
