This Globally recognised innovative software businesses have consecutively been awarded as one of Australia's top places to work. As the business grows and expands globally, the role of the Sales learning and performance specialist will work side by side with the sales business units across APAC and growing markets to help develop and enable sales contributors, teams and leaders not only to achieve their sales quotas and plans, but exceed them.
  
Main responsibilities of the role include:
  • Onboard new sales staff with a combined method of both on- & offline learning interventions supported by the sales Learning Management System
  • Facilitate and coach instructor-led workshops
  • Assist and teach instructor-led workshops, micro-learning’s or virtual sessions as needed
  • Coach both consultants and managers on effective execution of the product and process requirements
  • Perform side by side and remote observation of customer-facing sales consultants to gather compliance data and sales insights and use insights to provide sales coaching to drive increased sales effectiveness
  • Report on compliance metrics quarterly to local and central Sales Operations.
  • Advise actions to close any gaps in new hires skills development in their 0-90 day onboarding period
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders, including local HR business partners and business managers, to certify new hire talent as sales-ready within the 90-day onboarding period  
What you need to be successful in this position:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated capability to impact and effect people at multiple levels through out the organization
  • Advanced facilitation skills, including skills to open, narrow and close large group discussions, manage dialogue between senior leaders and participants.
  • Experience in identifying and managing complex group dynamics and reacting real-time to changes in content and/or process.
  • Ability to think strategically in a complex environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication and listening skills.
