Our client is a leading educator in real estate and wealth management. Having recently moved their platform and educational seminars online, they have saw a huge increase in demand for their  product range.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to combine their analytical and organisation skills with your passion for providing excellent customer service, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
With a flair for finance, wealth management, real estate, and a natural aptitude to take ownership of resolving queries, you will thrive on delivering exceptional administration support to the team, ensuring their leads, prospects and clients’ database and sales reports are maintained to the highest level of accuracy and timeliness. 

Core activities will include:
  • Managing monthly sales reporting and providing analytical assessment and reporting on results
  • Manage the onboarding and ongoing sales training schedule in conjunction with the Sales Manager
  • Administering and maintaining new products’ campaigns’ results, providing reports and and analysis on new leads and prospects generation
  • Coordinating webinars with key partners and attendees
  • Supporting the design and preparation of documents & presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Coordinating internal team meetings and taking minutes when required
  • Occasional diary management and travel arrangements

What you need to be successful in this position:

The role is suitable for an individual with strong data analytics and reporting skills, and some business or sales administration experience through previous experience.  Sales administration within Financial services or Real estate will provide a significant advantage and is highly sort after in this role.
  • Degree Qualified
  • Business or sales administration skills through previous work experience
  • Strong reporting and data analytics skills 
  • Clear and unambiguous communication skills, in-person and online, via email, phone and digital apps, combined with effective listening skills
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, experience in managing CRM systems
  • Client event and diary management experience well regarded
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, perform under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Proven problem-solving skills, to complex issues in a financial services environment
  • Comfortable working in an Agile fast paced environment, adopting a consultative and cooperative approach to your work
