  • EA role supporting the CEO, CFO and CSO for a growing construction firm
  • Based in the North Sydney area
  • Salary dependent on experience- $90-110k + super. Immediate start available

Be part of cutting edge design and exquisite building projects as the Executive Assistant to manage the private and professional life of their busy CEO, while also providing additional support to the CFO and CSO. 

This is a busy and varied role that requires a high amount of discretion - you will manage professional and private matters in a dynamic working environment.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Diary Management for the CEO, while also assisting the CSO and CFO daily
  • Meeting arrangements for the senior executive and shareholders, both internal and external
  • Organisation of events for both clients and employees
  • Compilation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Correspond with shareholders and external clients where required
  • Organisation of the CEO's private schedule and ad hoc tasks
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Assisting, mentoring and developing 2 direct reports (Team assistant and receptionist).
  • Involvement with internal projects
You will have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior C-Level executives. Construction or blue collar would be highly renowned 
  • Proven ability to manage, coach and develop junior office support staff members
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid organisational skills, including diary management and scheduling both internal and external meetings
  • Microsoft office suite- outlook, excel and PowerPoint desirable. Microsoft projects is also desirable
