Role overview

In this Quality Assurance role you will be responsible for reviewing, vetting and coaching, to ensure appropriate advice and quality of documentation, whilst supporting the licensee to meet its monitoring obligations. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Review advice provided by advisers and assessing the quality and appropriateness against the needs of the customer. Assure quality advice has been prepared to the business' expectations
  • Successful execution of customer remediation programs
  • Provide technical advice
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure that customer remediation programs comply with regulatory requirements
  • Identify key themes & provide feedback to the business
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years remediation experience - Quality assurance or vetting experience essential 
  • Degree qualified in related field
  • Completion of ADFP preferred (or working towards completion)
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage workflow
  • Ability to provide constructive guidance/mentor other team members to assist in their development
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • COIN and XPlan experience highly regarded
