Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will proactively lead a team of Care Workers, ensuring the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team is aligned with our client’s standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing, providing consistent support and guidance to staff members & ultimately building a high performing team
  • Build and sustain client relationships; act as the initial source in providing suitable services based on their needs
  • Be responsible for client on boarding and running client reviews
  • Managing the day to day recruitment of your own team
  • Working with multiple tasks in a fast pace environment
Skills & Experience
  • 1-2 years proven leadership experience essential
  • Proven track record of engaging, growing and managing a high performing team
  • No prior aged care and community care experience required - open to all industries
  • Customer-centric approach and mindset coupled with strong commercial acumen
  • Have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
