Making its' mark nationally, this entrepreneurial property company provide first mortgage finance for the purchase, equity release and re-finance of standard commercial property and now residential property.

Role Overview

This newly created role will work alongside the credit team to help improve overall capability as well as be a past of reviewing credit policy and processes to keep improving and enhancing the team and our clients performance.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Credit coaching and mentoring
  • Helping create structure, consistency and delivery within a growing credit team
  • Risk management
  • Quality assurance and management
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in credit analysis working with Commercial loans 
  • Coaching, mentoring or training experience
  • Relevant training qualifications would be highly regarded
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Highly effective and influencing skills working with individuals as well as teams
