Company Overview

Our client is a well known life insurance provider They are seeking a strong customer service candidate to assist with a project for a 6 month contract to call existing customers to educate them on a new product. 

Role Overview 
  • Point of contact for all customer service related questions coming from the sales team
  • Responsible for setting up new member accounts and aftercare 
  • Strong administrative skills including analysing information, managing and distributing enquiries, working within agreed SLAs (48 hours), adhering to procedures
  • Not afraid of technology! The team have access to over 20 different systems that they are required to access in order to resolve inquiries within
Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Life Insurance knowledge and experience is a must
  • Must have experience dealing with advisers 
  • fast thinker, quick learner who can work in a fast paced environment
  • Good customer service skills working with demanding stakeholders
  • Strong work ethic 
  • Team focused
