Role Overview
Drive the sales efforts of the suite of platform products, working with the broader Retail Distribution Team in the broader distribution of products.
Execute product and marketing initiatives to maximise new business opportunities across the IFA adviser market.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of new business opportunity to achieve targets
  • Engage, qualify, on-board and grow revenue from key partner advice businesses
  • Develop a disciplined approach to business planning and execution across a segmented panel of advisers to deliver your key financial accountabilities
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of sales frameworks, methodologies and processes to support the Wealth Management focus areas
  • Understand competitor landscape in order to enhance the platform offering
Skills & Experience
  • Excellent knowledge of financial marketplace and understanding of the challenges/opportunities facing financial advice firms
  • Strong networking skills across the adviser market, particularly with IFAs
  • Proven track record of sales negotiation and closure to drive revenue
  • A strong knowledge of platforms within in the wealth advice market
  • Evidence of adaptation to a rapidly changing environment
