Role Overview

The role of the Senior Change Manager is to lead and manage change activities that deliver business change for a customer transformation within banking. 

This is a senior change role where you will need to be competent to deliver multiple projects at once. This is a great opportunity for a SCM wanting to step up to a change lead role as there is the opportunity to take on some lead elements to the role. Or also for a current Change Lead who still enjoys being hands-on in delivery.

Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Senior Change Management experience
  • Financial Services experience essential. 
  • Banking experience highly regarded.
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills.
  • PROSCI qualification or post-grad certificates in Change management
