Role Overview
With the business focused on promoting from within, this role is a genuine path in due course into a client facing sales role. In this key role you will support a small sales team to achieve their sales and activity targets. Specifically this will include outbound calls to to arrange meetings on behalf of the senior sales people, assist with follow-ups, attend adviser meetings/seminars, managing pipelines etc.

Responsibilities
- Administrative support to business areas and clients alike.
- Coordinating meetings and assisting with meeting notes.
- Coordination and analysis of business documentation/creation.
- Working on proposed capital raising strategies for the business
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Manage business processes and databases
- Manage customer relationships and delinquent accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in finance/economics is essential. This role would ideally suit a recent graduate looking for an entry level position into investment management sales.
- Internships or prior experience within financial services firms will be highly regarded.
- Powerful work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
- Well presented and eagerness to learn
- Demonstrate high degrees of diligence and accountability
- A strong desire to succeed, be an integral part of a high performing team and have passion about driving innovation and performance in this industry
