Company Overview

Well known Financial Services company requires a PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator to support a large transition program of work.

Role Overview

As PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator, you will be working on a new transition program of work, this is a large IT transformation.

Your role will include but is not limited to:
  • Support key stakeholders to develop robust project documentation
  • Manage the flow of information in and around the organisational Transformation projects, ensuring that incoming information is recorded and distributed in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain central registers, including budgets, project status, risks and issues, and resourcing
  • Draft regular reports for distribution to relevant governance forums
  • Undertake detailed analysis and provide sound advice on the health of projects and the portfolio including working with project teams to identify and articulate remediation plans as required
Skills & Experience
  • You will have 5 + years working on Financial Services programs, ideally Wealth programs
  • Managed budgets and reports
  • Supported multiple Project Managers with an understanding of Infrastructure.
  • MS Projects experience 
  • Experience working on both IT projects and have a strong understanding of a PMO and governance frameworks
