With a strong collaborative culture, they’re looking to bring on a motivated Senior Administrator to join their team to support their Accounting division.

Role Overview 

The core function of this role will be to support the accounting offering from an administrative capacity. As a senior member of the team, your role will have quite a wide mandate. Apart from being an SME on more technical administration, you will have involvement across Client Services, Training, Workflow Distribution and Project Management. Aspects of the role will involve but are not limited to:  
  • Mentoring junior members and reviewing/overseeing their output;
  • Managing relevant databases and client portals;
  • Client on boarding and documentation collation;
  • Maintaining the company registers;
  • Determining areas for improvements across process and technology;
  • Liaising with relevant government bodies such as the ATO and ASIC;
  • Provide oversight on corporate secretarial and unit trust transactions.
  
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive prior experience within an Accounting Administration or Corporate Secretarial role;
  • Previous managerial experience will be highly regarded;
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • An ability to thrive in an autonomous role;
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • A can-do, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills!
