Role
  • Take on CA / PC responsibilities with the support of PM
  • Report to a roaming PM and work alongside a fully equipped Site Team and inhouse trades
  • Responsible for the delivery of design led apartment projects up to $40m in build value typically consisting of double store basements and PT concrete structure
  • Contract Administration duties including forecasting, extensions of time and programming
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, procurement of trades, and progress claims through to final accounts
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety
  • Cost management and financial reporting
  • Assist in site coordination
You
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator
  • An understanding of structure and basement construction
  • Experience delivery projects as an apartment builder
  • Driven, ambitious and professional
  • Tertiary Qualified / Trade background preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
