Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will lead clients and projects - high understanding of live site environments and government contracts will be advantageous. 
  • Tender reviews and analysis
  • Ensure cost and quality meet requirements
  • Assessment of progress and variation claims
  • Construction and financial reporting
  • Be highly organised and detail-focused
  • Can deliver obligation contract details
  • Achieve key project deliverable's - time, cost quality 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will need to be across the below criteria:
  • Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Property or Architecture 
  • 5+ years' experience within the construction industry as a Project Manager or Junior Project Manager (client-side/consultancy)
  • Experience of all stages of building projects, inclusive of new build and refurbishments
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Construction experience - leading a site team as a Project Engineer or a Project Manager with another client-side firm.
