Accounts Receivable Administrator. Western suburbs. June start date. Ongoing temporary position. 2 days per week.

Property organisation with an international presence are seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join the business. This is a temporary role on an ongoing basis, 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).  

Please note that this role will start on 26 June.

What will you be doing?
  • High volume accounts receivables
  • Debt collection 
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Vendor management 
  • Month-end reporting on debt balances
  • Support with Accounts Payable as required.
  • Ad hoc administration duties 
  • Reception relief cover 
What do you need to succeed? 
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and reconciliations 
  • Finance, Accounting, Administration (or similar) tertiary education (Diploma, Certificate, Degree)
  • Real Estate/Property industry experience desired but not essential 
  • MS Office skills - evaluated by Aspect
  • Professional presentation
