Position for a well experienced Senior Change Analyst/Change manager to deliver change program initially across a niche vertical, with a view to growing into a group role.

A hands on change delivery role with work on training material, change assessment, internal comms, offshore team change management. 

This organisation are kicking major goals in their markets having recently acquired a major specialist insurer. They are investing exponentially in technology consolidation/improvement programs that will digitise and reform a number of systems & processes. 

You will single handedly drive the change program for a significant program, ensuring the business is kept updated throughout implementation.

Salesforce or general technology change experience will be highly regarded. 

Requirements:
  • 5+ years change experience, ideally in financial services/technology
  • Driven and hands on attitude with a desire to lead by example
  • Deliver content: change assessment plan, training material, internal comms etc
  • CRM/ERP/Salesforce/technology system change management highly desirable
  • Willingness and drive to progress to more senior role in short/medium term
