We are recruiting for a role that offers responsibility for implementing and driving analytics solutions to support the optimization of our clients' websites and mobile apps.  

The Digital Analytics Specialist will be a champion of analytical based cultural change, leading the adoption of data analysis and outcome-based metrics across product squads, UX design and customer communications teams.  
This includes highlighting business growth opportunities through insights, supporting the measurement and testing of new ideas by implementing A/B tests and clearly communicating progress towards business objectives to stakeholders through building reports and dashboards. 
The role will support cross skilling, knowledge sharing and the continued growth of the analytical capability within the wider business. A technical understating of analytics implementation and advice on data collection best practice is an advantage.  
What Will You Do? 

  • Be a champion for insights, metrics and a customer centric mindset. 
  • Drive analytical based cultural change and have a willingness to try new things to deliver key outcomes. 
  • Use data and analysis to inform internal teams including product teams, UX team, marketing, CRM and senior management. 
  • Support agile delivery by implementing small measurable hypothesis tests. 
  • Administer RWWA’s web analytics systems, including set up of variables in a tag manager and building analytics event triggers. 
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards for stakeholders to find actionable insights aligned to business strategy. 
  • Provide advice on technical implementation as well as platform capability and requirements. 
  • Improve analytics adoption by stakeholders through cross skilling and knowledge sharing. 
About you 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in web analytics and the utilisation of associated software, including Adobe or Google Analytics platforms 
  • Minimum 2 year’s demonstrated experience with digital optimisation tools, such as Adobe Target. 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or senior demonstrated experience in a similar role 
  • Use of A/B testing and audience segmentation tools such as Adobe Target. 
  • Well-developed communication, interpersonal and coaching skills. 
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
