The Project:
The purpose of this project is to migrate all data and business functions from SharePoint 2010 & 2013 to SharePoint Online.  This is a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to extend.
The role will include but not be limited to:
  • Engaging with stakeholders gathering business requirements and documentation to support project deliverables
  • Gather data lifecycle requirements; generation, retention, destruction and protected data
  • Data Architecture including; data standards, definitions and principals
  • Records management including physical and electronic, email migration, automated workflows and record retention requirements
  • Interpreting and defining business requirements to build foundation for governance and compliance framework
The ideal candidate:
  • Strong technical and business acumen; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven experience working within a Data Migration Project specifically SharePoint Online
  • Sound understanding of APRA legislation, regulations and information classifications
  • BABOK and CBAP credentials highly regarded
