The company 
Our client is a leading utilities company who are currently looking for an experienced Service desk Support technician to join their dynamic business.
Your new role
You will be part of a collaborative Service Desk team and report directly into the IT Service Desk Manager You will be providing excellent support and service to this leading utilities company monitoring all service desk issues to ensure prompt resolution. Providing telephone and customer-facing support for initial fault diagnosis on information technology problems.You will be passionate about customer service and have experienced in some or all of the following. 

What you will need to succeed.
  • Experience in providing high level of IT support to internal stakeholders via email, telephone, messaging and face to face.
  • Experience in Windows 10, MS Office suite (2010 – 2016), Office 365, asset management and CMDB.  
  • Experience in hardware support with iPhone, IPads, video conferencing tools along with patching and deployment exposure.
  • Ticketing tool Service Now 
  • ITIL certification and/or experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
