Senior IT Support


Troubleshoot, problem solve and offer technical guidance by providing level 2 and level 3 IT Support to internal stakeholders

My client is a well-known Melbourne construction organisation with a long and prestigious history of excellence located in Melbourne CBD.

Your new role
You will be part of a small Service Desk team and report directly to the Service Desk Team Leader. You will be responsible for:
  • Providing hands on support of level 2 and level 3 systems, network and infrastructure related issues, and provide solutions for escalated queries.
  • You will support Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange online, One drive applications as well as infrastructure functions.
  • Microsoft SCCM supporting and updating SOE image and
    deploying windows update and application packages.
  • Ensure a health ICT environment by monitoring cloud services and the network.
  • Perform Disaster recovery tests.
What you will need to succeed.
  • Background and experience in working in a Service Desk environment. 
  • Experience Supporting Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange online, One drive applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure, AD, SCCM, DNS and DHCP. 
  • Strong communications and stakeholder engagement.
