The company 
A Global and well trusted Tier 1 Funds Management firm based in the of Melbourne’s CBD are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst  who has supported Fund Management Applications to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be reporting directly into the Application Manager where you will provide application and functional support on some of their key Financial systems to internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with team members and deliver excellent support and service to this medium size corporate environment. You will be passionate about customer service and have experience in working within Fund Management environment. 

What you will need to succeed. 
** Must have full working rights **

Experience in some or all of the follow:
  • Experience working within a Funds Management or related Institution.
  • Experience in providing Application support to internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Financial business operations within the areas of trading settlement, reporting, investment management. Experience in Broker and Custodian interfaces and reconciliations systems would be an advantage.  
  • Experience supporting some or all of the follow; Bloomberg, SmartStream, IRESS, thinkfolio, Factset, FIX protocols. 
  • ITIL certification and/or experienced
  • Excellent customer service with strong communications
