Our client, a leading provider of high value, personalised care and services within Healthcare specialising in Early Intervention are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join their innovative, hardworking team located in the inner South East -Camberwell.

This role will be pivotal in the supply of recruitment and HR support to the Melbourne and Adelaide portfolio.

Your duties will include but not limited too:
  • End to end recruitment supporting portfolio (70%)
  • Provide ongoing HR advisory support to portfolio of 7 sites across Melbourne Metro regions
  • Create, implement and support the HRM with business unit Policies and Processes
  • Undertake performance reviews
  • Adherence to compliance process and documentation
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues & grievances
  • General HR administrative duties 

You will have:
  • experience working within a similar role within the Community Services space advantageous
  • End to end recruitment experience (preferably in allied or disability) in volume and specialised
  • General HR experience across the full employee life cycle
  • a relevant qualification in Human Resources
  • ability to work within a fast paced, ever changing and innovative organisation
  • experience in implementation of new HR systems advantageous
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
