About the role
Reporting to the IT Manager, this role requires an experienced L1&2 Desktop Engineer to hit the ground running in a busy but very well-structured and very well-supported team environment. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the end-user computer fleet including laptops, desktops, thin clients, tablets and mobile devices.
Day to day duties include.
  • Build and maintain all End Users computers and devices
  • Provide assistance and technical support to users
  • Maintain assets and asset tracking system
  • Assist with the service desk as needed
  • Resolve any technical issues and update issues register
  • Build relationships with internal business users
About you
The successful candidate for this role will need to be a confident communicator and have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. 
To be successful in this role, you will have: 
  • Previous L1 and 2 Desktop/IT Support Experience
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SCCM, Desktop imagining, Mobile Device Management
  • Office 365 and other cloud platforms
  • Networking Experience
  • Approachable personality
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously towards deadlines
