We are seeking an expert in Kronos to join this leading business as a Solution Design / Solution Architect Lead. Key areas of responsibilities will include: 
  • Evaluate and identify key functionality in Enhancement and Service packs that align with existing and proposed use, providing
    recommendations and considerations for the team.
  • Support the creation of conceptual and logical business solution designs for new business solutions, working closely with the Service Delivery Team, and monitors solution implementation to ensure requirements are met.
  • Conduct application testing (new support packages, releases, functionality, and customization) in close co-operation with the
    development and testing team
  • Provide solution design options, including effort estimates, for identified gaps.
  • Assist the Project Manager/Scrum Master with scope, issue, and risk management of ongoing streams of work and Key Projects 
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support appropriate to application
  • Lead transition of newly delivered solutions to operational support team
  • Lead a DevOps squad delivering and supporting new and existing solutions/applications
  • Utilizing design principles whilst having an Architectural viewpoint on the modules and its integrations with various applications within the business
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years work experience in Kronos Time & Attendance, Forecasting and Scheduling areas

In return, this role will offer a competitive salary of up to $180k base, plus superannuation, a 16% annual bonus plus additional permanent employee benefits.
