The Network Team Lead is responsible for providing technical and team leadership for the operational support of my clients network and telecommunications environment. Join a business as it embarks on a digital transformation working in one of the most secure during these uncertain times.


• Maintain configure and support existing LAN/WAN environment
• Take initiative and propose recommendations about improvements to the business' networking infrastructure to meet changing business needs
• Mentor and support junior staff and act as the last point of escalation within your field
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and troubleshooting of network, systems and application issues.
• Perform efficient administration of network equipment at Data Centre and work sites, including WIFI infrastructure, and 3rd party connections.
• Liaise with vendors and company partners where appropriate.
• Assist in the testing and implementation of Disaster Recovery procedures.
• Ensure all networking infrastructure is appropriate for the business requirements in terms of fit for purpose, capacity planning and licensing obligations


• Industry qualifications in networking such as CCNP, CCIE or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years working in the networking technical roles supporting large scale environments
• Past experience leading teams
• Proven experience in monitoring, managing, and maintaining LAN / WAN,
Wi-Fi and VPN networks
• Solid experience in configuring and supporting Cisco/Arista/Palo Alto Routers and firewalls
• Experience in implementing and supporting wireless solutions
• Experience in Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CallManager), Tandberg
video conferencing solutions and Riverbed products is highly regarded
• Strong understanding of information security concepts and standards
