We are looking for a Junior Growth Marketer/ SEM Specialist
  • Help to manage, test, scale and optimize campaigns across a range of channels including but not limited to; Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Affiliates, Criteo and Bing ads
  • Analysing and optimizing existing paid campaigns including campaign structure, keyword research, negative keyword mining, bid adjustments, creating new campaigns,  laser-focused audience targeting and any other optimisation required to drive revenue and profitable growth.
  • Developing and defining paid search strategies to improve efficiency and Maximise ROI
  • Daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met
  • Writing and implementing compelling ad copy that can accurately target audiences at various stages of the funnel.
  • Using Google analytics to report to stakeholders and measure effectiveness of campaigns.
  
What’s Required.
  
  • Must have a passion for digital marketing
  • 2-3 Years experience in Customer Acquisition/ SEM/ Growth Marketing in an Ecommerce Setting (either within agency or In-house)
  •  exposure to optimising shopping feeds
  • Experience building campaigns for in retail / DTC industries
  • Experience in building high performing Facebook & Google Ads campaigns with proven ROI that deliver high-quality results
  • Experience with Google Analytics and how to implement & interpret data
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to work closely with senior team members to take direction with campaigns
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Have a constant thirst for self-improvement/learning to keep on top of the latest growth / digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
