  The Role:
  • Acts as central point of communication for Key Accounts, dealing with client, fulfillment teams, sales and Key Account Manager 
  • End to end management of Key Accounts including onboarding, campaign set up, campaign performance monitoring, monthly dashboard reviews and reporting
  • Uses product and marketing knowledge to recommend optimisations and changes to campaigns
  • Analyses and uses data to demonstrate ROI
  • Assists Key Account Manager in developing digital marketing strategies for potential Key Account clients as required
  • Works on projects to improve process and customer experience
  • Builds strong relationships with key account clients
  • Over time the Key Account Specialist should develop the ability to make recommendations on key account digital marketing strategies and to be involved in sales activities such as up-sells/cross-sells
The Person:
  • Hands on digital experience in display advertising, re-targeting, SEM, SEO, social and video
  • Client facing experience with ability to build and maintain strong relationships 
  • Calm under pressure 
  • Knowledge of local media landscape
