Our client, a fast growing E-commerce Service Provider requires a Mandarin Speaking Operations & Client Support Associate to join their team. 

As part of a rotating desk you may be required be required to work mornings, nights, weekend and public holiday shifts which will include loading. Permanent night-shift can be made available for candidate who prefer.
The key elements to the role include:
  • First point of contact for client inquiries
  • Work closely with team members and key stakeholders to ensure key service deliverables are met in a timely and accurate fashion 
  • Monitor system alerts
  • Service interruption report and end of shift handover checklist
  • Assist with investigations and validations
  • Bank statements management including correcting statement balances and format issues
  • Escalation of any identified issues if not able to resolve
  • Generate summary report to suppliers
To be considered for the role you will have:
  • Must have a great attitude and the desire to learn
  • Good Excel and MS office skills
  • Ideally 1-year experience within financial services 
  • Have superior communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines with flexibility
  • Be able to prioritise and manage multiple task
