Business Process Analyst - 110k base + Super

Looking for a business process analyst for digital transformation projects.

In the role of Business Process Analyst, you will work in conjunction with multiple business streams on specific initiatives to implement process and system changes for the improvement of operations.

Your knowledge of business processes will be used to identify and assess the magnitude of change both upstream and downstream to ensure the process change achieves the desired improvement.

You will be responsible for translating desired future state capability into requirements and work with the corporate team, IT Architects, external suppliers and other IT Groups to identify and source suitable solutions and produce a business case for execution.

Essential Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in performing Business Analysis across a variety of domains.
  • Strong documentation skills and an ability to translate user needs and desires into business process flows and requirements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing continuous improvement processes.
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
  • process mapping, process re-engineering 
  • Certification or qualification in a recognised Business Analysis discipline such as Lean Six Sigma or IIBA
