You will be looking for a role where you can take ownership of eCommerce projects, collaborating with both marketing and IT to deliver a quality service to customers. You will be looking for a role where you build on your experience within eCommerce, working on sales-enhancing strategies to own and deliver solutions that drive the customer experience. The role will be focused on B2B services but experience within B2C would also be considered.

Key Accountabilities
 
  1. Work collaboratively with Commercial Marketing & IDT teams to outline requirements for engagement platforms.
  2. Develop and supervise all activities and plans for ecommerce projects and coordinate with product development team to prepare an effective schedule for project and ensure compliance to same.
  3. Analyze all ecommerce transaction and site and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and assist all external partners and provide support to all associate activities and monitor all site issues and assist in resolution of same.
  4. Manage, analyse and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs.
  5. Capture existing Sales and Services systems artefacts and processes, gain a solid understanding of the existing sales and service systems landscape.
  6. Schedule and co-ordinate the delivery of Systems and User Acceptance Testing, preparing Systems and User Acceptance testing scenarios and test scripts.
  7. Analyze online experience of customer and recommend improvements to same and assess effectiveness of all key metrics and monitor all vendor service level agreement to ensure optimal quality of services to customer.
Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience
 
    
·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce space
·         Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems preferred
·         Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
·         Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
·         Experience working with agency partners
·         Ability to manage multiple activities across multiple stakeholders
·         Excellent communication and influencing skills
·         Professional, approachable style and dynamic interpersonal skills
