Fantastic permanent role for Level 1, Level 2 Helpdesk Support working for an IT Managed Service Provider in Belrose

Help Desk Support person required in an established MSP located in Belrose. 
This role will be providing level 1 & 2 support to both internal and external stakeholders across Office 365, Windows 7/10, and SharePoint. 
Previous experience in an MSP would be advantageous. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1/2 support for internal and external stakeholders
  • Escalation of tickets as required
  • Maintain all technical documentation required for operational support
Experience required
  • Previous helpdesk support experience
  • Experience providing support for O365, Windows 7/10,
  • Experience with Windows server desirable
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
